Expertise in Competition, Commercial, Corporate, Local Government and Family law.

Also well versed in Administration of Deceased Estates and creation and registration of Inter Vivos Trusts and Testamentary Trusts.

Currently under mentorship and training on Property Law and property registrations and transfers( conveyancing).

My expertise are mostly utilised in the various Municipal matters in my care, including Municipal By-Laws  and Town Planning schemes enforcement and compliance, interpretation and advisory on clients’ rights and obligations arising from various statute which govern them, including the MFMA.

I have appeared in various Magistrate Courts, High Courts, The Competition Tribunal, The Arbitration Foundation of South Africa and The Bargaining Council of South Africa both alone and alongside Counsel.
